Hi, I’m Sam — and I love making people happy.

In my twenties, I built a successful career as a bookkeeper, but after getting married and having my two beautiful sons, I dreamed of doing something more flexible, more joyful and something that truly fulfilled my passion for putting smiles on people’s faces.

When we moved to the Sunshine Coast in
2022, I knew it was the perfect place to
make that dream a reality. Baking has
been a lifelong love of mine, and now I
get to share it every day.

From my little trailer in Wurtulla, QLD,
I bake fresh with simple, quality
ingredients, always featuring my
favourite: the ever-magical sourdough.
